I lost my SlingPlayer Mobile key number. What do I do?

Can't find your SlingPlayer Mobile key (or the email that it came in)? All is not lost. You can retrieve it yourself from anyplace that you have access to the Internet.

Just follow these steps:

1. Go to the slingmedia.com website and chose the country where you purchased the key (US, Canada, UK, etc.). Look in the upper right corner of the slingmedia.com home page to select the country.
   

   
   

2. Once you're at the appropriate Slingmedia site, click the Buy tab. It's on the upper right side of the page.
   

3. After you click the Buy tab, the Slingmedia store page will open up. Look on the left side of the page for the Store Customer Service link.
   

   
   

4. Click the link and the Store Customer Service page will open.
   

5. On the Store Customer Service page, find the top of the left column. It says My Account. Just below that is the link for My Order History. Click that link.

   
   

6. After you click the My Order History link, the My Account Login page will open. Log in with the email address and password that you used when you purchased the SlingPlayer Mobile key.
   

   
   

7. If you've forgotten your password, click Forgot Password? Enter the email address that you used when you purchased the key and we'll be glad help you.
   

8. Once you're logged in, you can see your order history. Click the appropriate order number.
   

   
   

9. After you click the order number, the Order Details window opens. Just below Product Name is your key number.
